I have a 3T Siemens scanner. Will your device work with it?

Yes, all of our products have no magnetic components in them. We don’t use any shielding to protect the internals of the response devices. The response devices are all plastic (i.e. Nylon, acrylic, ABS, PVC) and conduct no electricity. Even the screws that hold them together are also plastic.

What currency are the listed prices in?

All of the listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD).

How about 7T scanner?

Yes, same, as the 3T scanner. Our devices are free of metal-filled plastics. Optical fibers are multimode (250 and/or 500 micron core) and their transmission is not influenced by the magnetic field.

Can your product work with MEG type scanners?

Yes, all of our products are based on fiberoptic technology. There is absolutely no semiconductors being used in our response devices. Our devices will work with any type of scanner.

How soon will I expect my product after making a payment?

Anywhere from 2-3 weeks depending on the product you order. R&D projects can take anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the scope of the project.

What type of output does your device support?

All of our fMRI converters have USB 2.0 output.

Converter CON-004 which is used with our LxPAD button pads has also outputs for TTL (optical and SMB), Parallel and Serial.

If you are unsure if our fMRI device is compatible with your scanner system please as our staff at (engineering@natatech.com)

I have a LabView based software. Will your device integrate with it?

Yes, the majority of LabView based software packages are controlled via a common computer mouse or keyboard. Our fMRI products replace the functionality of those devices with the ones that are RF radiation and Magnetism free. Please contact our engineering department to get further information (engineering@natatech.com)

What is the maximum cable length for your device?

Our devices come with a standard 10m fiberoptic cable. Additional length are available. For fMRI Mouse and Trackball up to 25m and for all the other devices up to 50m. Please contact sales for pricing on extra length (sales@natatech.com)

How do I deal with my fMRI or MEG Trackball system having an inverted axis?

One of the axes is inverted by design. Supplied drivers need to be installed to invert the axis back to regular operation mode. If the driver cannot be installed on your system try removing “Driver Signature Enforcement”. For further assistance please contact our Engineering department.
