Warranty

Nata Technologies provides a 12-month limited warranty on all its fMRI, MEG, and EEG response devices and custom MR Safe products. The warranty period commences on the day you receive your system. We offer extended warranty coverage up to 24-month. Please contact our sales department for information on our extended warranty coverage rates.

For the MR Safe mechanical components, the warranty covers everything from malfunctioning switches to reduction of performance during regular use. However, our warranty does not cover broken or damaged fiberoptic cables due to improper care and handling of the system.

The non MR Safe electrical components within the converters CON-001, CON-002 and CON-004 are fully covered for the entire warranty period. If the converter unit has stopped working (i.e damaged light source) we will replace the components free of charge.

The warranty does not cover accrued shipping charges to and from customer. In addition, the warranty will be void if the tamper proof stickers on the device or the converter are found to be removed or damaged.     Repairs

    If you wish to repair your system or a component please use the following steps:

    1. Contact engineering services at engineering@natatech.com, with the information on the device you have purchased and your serial number.
    2. In your email outline the type of problem you are experiencing. i.e: I have no response from pressing button 1 on LxPad.
    3. After receiving our confirmation send in your complete system, including the converter unit as well as the damaged response device and mark the package “For Repairs”. ** Depending on the type of repair, it usually takes 2-5 days to complete.

     

    After the 1-year period has ended we provide complete engineering support for your purchased system. If your cable has been broken or your button has been malfunctioning we can repair your device for a set fee.

     

    Aside from the repairs, we also offer upgrades to your current unit. For example, if you ordered a two button system and now require two more buttons to be added we can definitely do so just talk to our engineering department.
